As a family-owned business in Ottawa, our journey started with a simple mission: to share the flavors of authentic Mexican street food with our community. And what better way to start than with our signature handcrafted churros?

Our Story: From a Churro Cart to Our Dream Restaurant
Our adventure began in 2013, when we launched a small churro cart on Sparks Street as part of a program with the City of Ottawa. With every crispy, golden bite, more people fell in love with our churros, and soon, we expanded to festivals, private events, and corporate gatherings.
In 2017, we took a bold step and opened Ottawa’s first churrería in the heart of the ByWard Market. For seven incredible years, we served thousands of customers, creating a community of food lovers who came back for our freshly made churros, Mexican treats, and warm hospitality.
In 2023, we embraced the excitement of mobile service with our food truck, allowing us to cater weddings, private parties, and corporate events across Ottawa. Then, in August 2024, we made a big decision—we closed our ByWard Market location to focus on something even bigger: finding a space we could truly call our own.
And in January 2025, our dream finally came true! We found the perfect location to bring you not just churros, but a full menu of authentic Mexican street food—all made with love, tradition, and the highest-quality ingredients.
